    • Ready-made Packages – You can directly book ready-made tour packages through our website.
    • Tailor-made Packages – For tailor-made packages, you can submit an inquiry through our website. Our travel experts will then contact you to discuss the details and provide a quote.

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements and have the necessary vaccinations for their intended destination.

We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, such as dietary requirements or room preferences. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.

  1. Cancellation Charges, Refunds, and No Shows

In case that the traveler wishes to cancel the trip/tour, cancellation fees will be applied. Depending on when the cancellation occurs and the particular tour package, different fees will apply.

Once the journey has started, no refund will be given for any unused portions of a tour package. There won’t be any reimbursements given for no-shows.
